When they built the Wolf Creek Damn back in the 50's the water flooded across acres and acres of wooded land, erasing rivers, towering trees, and multiple small towns in the process. The say these underwater Ghost Towns are still visible when the water is low enough and conditions are just right. As time has gone on the powerful water and strong midwest storms have eroded away the deep roots of the trees causing massive logs to periodically float to the surface. The pail gray's, smooth texture, and deep cracks beautifully display the years of brutality they have endured. A subtle reminder of life that once was.
