Thunder Hole is located along Park Loop Road in Acadia National Park. The fog was thick, and tide low, getting shots of the waves crashing was unfortunately out of the question. But everywhere you turn in Acadia there is beauty, so I turned around! The coastline of Maine is unmatched. I love the variation of color these rocks held, from the deep blacks to pale oranges, it was absolutely stunning. The fog provided a beautiful softness to the pine trees and jagged stone. If you haven't been, put this spot on your bucket list!
